David Shore - Lead Pastor
Pastor Shore has been in ministry since 1980. His education includes a BA in Biblical Literature and a Master's in pastoral counseling. He seeks not only to effectively pastor Westside, but to reach out to the community, evangelizing the lost and disciplining believers.
Nik Davis - Executive Pastor
Nik is a father, husband, pastor, speaker, and friend. He is REAL. In all things he tries to be real about God and his relationship to Him. Nik believes we were created for abundant life that only comes though Christ and we are encouraged to seek hard after that life all through the Scriptures. He believes that it is only through getting real about Who God is and who we are in comparison that we find the joy to daily Reach Eagerly After the Life that we were created for. Nik looks forward to doing life, REAL life, with you. John 10:10
Kathy Polk - Discipleship Pastor
Pastor Kathy has been serving in ministry since 2001. She has a passion for discipleship and works with followers of Christ of all ages. She holds a BA in Psychology and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from TNU. Kathy believes there is no greater work than discipleship. As a disciple maker, we must first be discipled by Christ, who then multiplies what He does in and through us, to grow His Kingdom. It is a privilege to pour into others, and be poured into by others. When all of God’s people are growing in Christ, the body is functioning to its fullest potential. Pastor Kathy’s objective is to work toward that goal. Her life verse inspires her journey: Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.”
Joe Huddleston - Visitation Pastor
Pastor Joe has ministered in various capacities since 1967. Although now retired from full-time service, he is ministering as part-time Visitation Pastor at Westside. This current assignment calls him to help the church stay connected by loving concern and prayer for those who are shut in, hospitalized, sick, in rehab, and experiencing special needs.

Larry Mowrey - Senior Adult Ministry Pastor
Pastor Larry has been in ministry since 1973 and is now the Senior Adult Ministry Pastor here at Westside. He brings a compassionate heart, a loving spirit, and a helping hand to all. This focused ministry allows him to especially invest in those who have reached the age of 60. Our Seniors are the S.A.L.T. of Westside - Senior Adults Living Triumphantly.
Jacob Colahan - Young Adult Pastor
Pastor Jacob leads the Young Adult Ministry for ages 18-29. Pastor Jacob has a passion for diving deep into theological discussions to deepen our young adults relationship with Christ.

Hailey Suttles - Youth Pastor
Pastor Hailey has been in ministry since 2019 and has a passion for missions and discipling teenagers, growing their relationship with Christ and others.
Monica Spencer - Children's Ministry Leader
Monica has served at Westside in various rolls in Children's Ministry & Youth Ministry for more than a decade. She has just recently joined the pastoral team to support and lead our Children's Ministry. Monica has a passion for children & teens to welcome them each week and share the truth about the life and example of Jesus.

DaVonne Lee - Worship Leader
DaVonne Lee has been our Worship Arts Ministry Leader since 2002. She firmly believes that worship is not a twenty minute segment during the service, it's a lifestyle (Romans 12:1). Our creative God has entrusted us with many gifts. DaVonne finds great joy in helping us identify and develop those talents so we can give them back to Him in worship and praise.
